It is rare that I contact companies to offer my opinion; however in this case I feel led to proceed.  On March 9th I was deep into my search for a new car.  I had contacted and researched other dealerships and talked with some of the normal dishonest type A personalities in the industry.  I was led to Holler by research on the web that pointed to a high positive customer feedback.  The first person I met with when I arrived at the dealership was Shannon Kominowski, I explained to her what my wife and I were looking for and how I really wanted to have an honest relationship in our attempt to buy a new car.  In the last 35 years I have never found an auto dealer that I trusted.  Shannon put us at ease and began the process of assisting us in our search.    Shannon brought Quan Loc into the process and he assisted us with test drives and answers to all of our questions.  In the next 4 hours we came to trust these people on a level I have never experienced with auto dealerships in my life.  We signed the initial paperwork prior to leaving and on the following day we signed the rest of the paperwork and now own a new Hyundai. I want to commend your dealership for something that is so rare in this industry, (honesty and integrity).  From our dealing with Shannon and Quan to the final dealings with Toni Thomas, I can state that you have earned a customer for life.  Congratulations and thanks for bringing car buying to a new level of professionalism.   Thanks again.

"In a day and age where customer service barely exists......... I have vowed to never buy a car anywhere but Holler..... I have never experienced customer service this good anywhere in my life........

Started my day at 730 at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park.....

Had a 730 oil change/tire rotation appointment...

By 731, they had offered me a cup of coffee or water, asked me what needed to be done, reminded me that my Holler preferred customer card got me ½ off my tire rotation, asked if I needed a ride, smiled, joked and taken my car for its service.....

Even the cleaning folks asked if they could get me a drink....

By 930a they had called me to let me know that not only was my car ready, they found that the battery was defective and replaced it under warranty AND washed my car for me......

Where are you ever going to get customer service like this????  

My wife and I bought 2 cars there last June and have sworn to never buy anywhere else from now on....
